He's pretty laid back and easy going. Quizzes and exams aren't too difficult, you just have to really study the material - a LOT of memorization is required.

I have over 120 hours of credit. Usually when I put effort into a class, I pass with either an A or B. I will be the first to admit that I haven't always put forth full effort in all my classes. However, despite all the effort I put in this class, I'll be lucky to get a C. Considering the fact that everyone around me is failling, I guess a C isn't all that bad. Peters is by far the worst teacher that I have ever had. He should be fired and removed from the school at once.
Homework: chapter problems that must be typed

Mr. Peters is a boring professor but he is not a difficult proefessor. He goes over all homework problems at the end of each chapter and as long as you are awake when he does them you will have 100% on all homework assignments. The tests are all multiple choice. Study definitions and Study the problems!!
Homework: Problems at the end of each chapter that he went over in class and you had to turn in the next class period.
Textbook: You must use the textbook for homeowrk problems and studying for tests.

He was an annoying teacher with an annoying voice. He went over the material just like it is on the powerpoint...which made me wonder why I spent many hours in his class listening to him read exactly what I had on the powerpoint. if you stay awake and do the homework, you should pass the course.
Homework: chapter problems that must be typed
Textbook: yes, you need the book

Now it may seem with my rather subpar grade received in this course that I may be considered bitter and revengeful. This however is not the case. The instuctor is fairly dry for the most part but improves as the semster goes on. His lectures come basically straight from his power pt slides and he rarely gets the class involved in his lectures. He is willing to answer questions in class and does so in a fairly good manner. He would be much better however if he got his classes involved. And his tests are not passable without studying. If you don't study you shouldn't take this class.
Exams: Tests are a mix of hard and easy. They are split basically in half. The first part being multiple choice which basically come from Powerpoint slides. The second part is by far the hardest part of the tests. Prof Peters gives mathmatical type problems. They tend to be fairly easy if and only if you take time and study them. Very rarely are they tricky.
Homework: He gives practice problems which he may or may not go over in class depending on the schedule
Textbook: The textbook is really boring and is only helpful for the math type problems on the tests. It is overpriced a great deal and would be of no use if not for the mathmatical problems it has.

I wouldn't take him if my life depended on it unless you absolutely don't have a life or any other classes in which you are taking, so you can devote 100% to his class. I still wouldn't reccommend him to anyone on this planet even my worst enemy.
Exams: Since they were on a scantron
Homework: He never gave hw which would have helped the class alot more.
Textbook: The textbook helped a little bit, at least it explained more than he did.
